UPDATE

The AMBER Alert issued by NDHP and NDBCI at the request of Three Affiliated
Tribes Law Enforcement on August 25, 2022 has been cancelled. Amirae Driver
has been safely located by law enforcement officials.

Previously

An AMBER Alert is being issued by NDHP and ND BCI at the request of Three Affiliated Tribes Law Enforcement. On August 24, 2022, Amirae Driver is believed to have been abducted from Mandaree, ND.
Amirae is described as a three year old Native American, female. She is three feet tall, weighs forty pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Amirae may be with Myron Cody Johnson who may be driving a
white 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Van with North Dakota license plate 9 8 3 B B G. The van has front end damage and damage to the rear lift gate.  

Myron Johnson is described as a 45 year old Native American, male, is five feet eleven inches tall weighs 172 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes.
