Valley City (CSi) The Valley City Public School Board has shifted away from building a new school stemming from high construction costs.
Superintendent Josh Johnson said the focus now is repairing their existing facilities. He said a way to finance their proposed plan is to increase their building fund levy, adding that several building repairs are needed.
A public hearing on the building fund levy increase is set for Wednesday September 21st at 7-p.m. in the Hi Liner Activity Center.
