(CSi) The Jamestown Salvation Army & SMP Health-Ave Maria are accepting donations of kids winter clothing in the annual Coats For Kids program.

The items will then be distributed to needy families.

Items will be accepted for kids only. All donated items should be lightly used or new.

Ave Maria, Development Director, Annie Hancock says, while Ave Maria will end taking those items October 2 this year, the Salvation Army will continue to collect those donations before their distribution event on November 9 & 10, 2022.

Donations can be brought to SMP Health-Ave Maria at 501 19th Street, Northeast, or the Jamestown Salvation Army Community Center at 320 1st Avenue North. Questions about the donations or distribution, can be directed to Major Judy Lowder at 701-269-3930.
