Jamestown (JPD) The Jamestown Police Department informs residence that that a convicted high-risk sex offender has changed his address in Jamestown.

50 year old Leslie James Klamm, lives at 1530 6th Ave SW Apt #36. He does not have a vehicle.

Klamm has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.

He was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 1998 in Cass County District Court. Authorities said he strangled, stabbed and raped a woman in her residence.

Klamm is not wanted by police and has served his sentence in the gross sexual imposition case.
