UPDATE WITH VICTIMS NAME
Valley City (NDHP) The north Dakota Highway Patrol reports that a Wyoming man was injured Wednesday, after the rear tire on his motorcycle went flat causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle on Interstate 94 six miles west of Valley City, around 3:15pm.
The Highway Patrol report says, the 72-year-old man from Cody, Wyoming, Roger Antonides, suffered non-life threatening injuries. He was transported to Mercy Hospital and treated.
The narrative says, “A 2006 Honda motorcycle was traveling westbound on Interstate 94. The rear tire went flat causing the male rider to attempt to slow to the shoulder. Antonides lost control causing the Honda motorcycle to be laid down on its side. suffered non-life-threatening injuries. He was transport by Barnes County Ambulance to CHI Mercy Hospital.”
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
