Valley City (CSi) The Barnes County States Attorney’s Office has charged 33 year old Kaitlyn Marie Huss with Simple Assault a Class B Misdemeanor.

Valley City Police Chief Phil Hatcher reports that officers responded to a call for service at a local establishment on East Main in Valley City about 2:40 am Friday October 7.

The victim called police shortly after the individual was allegedly assaulted.

Huss is the endorsed District 24 Democratic candidate for ND State House of Representatives, on the November 8, 2022 election ballot.
