Jamestown (Chamber) –A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for Blessings by Carla, a local retail boutique that provides space for area creators, producers, and designers. It sells Home Decor, Handcrafted Greeting Cards, Picture Frames, Personalized Keepsake Boxes and more.
