Jamestown (CSi) A natural gas line was struck Monday morning about 10:40 at 1600 Business Loop East. The Jamestown City Fire Department responded as a contractor was working in the area where a two-inch gas line that was struck.
A Montana-Dakota Utilities crew was on the scene along with fire fighters.
The city fire department was released when the gas leak stopped.
No injuries were reported. Firefighters cleared the scene at 11:45 a.m. Jamestown Police Department provided traffic control until the gas leaked was contained.
