Jamestown (JSDC) Welcome New Directors!  January 2023 Welcome New Directors! Director Casey Henderson has over thirty years of experience in the banking field. He currently serves as the Market President at Dacotah Bank. Henderson earned his undergraduate degree from Jamestown College and his graduate degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Henderson is an active board member of the Jamestown Public School Foundation, the Jamestown Regional Medical Center, and Victory Lutheran Church. He also enjoys officiating both college and high school football and wrestling.

Director Mike Delfs has 28 years of experience in healthcare and is currently the President and CEO of Jamestown Regional Medical Center. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Mary, Bismarck. He has served in roles as Director, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at both independent hospitals and large integrated health systems. Delfs is currently serving as the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce (JACC) President, and is representing JACC on the JSDC Board this year.

First Round of 2023 Internship Reimbursement Applications Approved We received four applications from four different local employers for interns this round of funding (spring 2023 semester). All four applications were approved! JSDC matches up to half of the payroll costs per approved intern up to a maximum reimbursement of $3,500. The program is open to employers in Stutsman County. The JREC’s 2023 Virtual Women’s Business Conference is scheduled for March 6th thru 10th. All virtual seminars are free. For more information and to register, click here or contact Katherine Roth. Giving Hearts Day 2023 is scheduled for February 9th. This online giving event based in North Dakota an northwest Minnesota is one of the longest-running and most successful giving days in the country.
