Jamestown – Monday night the Jamestown School Board accepted the resignation of Amy Tarno.

Tarno was arrested and has been charged with possession of multiple drugs. Tarno resigned from Jamestown Public School on February 24, with no chance of unemployment.

A search of Tarno’s residents, officers found methamphetamine approximately 30 grams, 17 grams of marijuana, clonazepam pills, THC edibles, methadone, diazepam, hydrocodone, and up to 4 dosage units of LSD. Drug paraphernalia was found in the resident also.
