Jamestown (JPD) Jamestown Police is warning residents about a high-risk sex offender who is living in the community.

48 year old Darrin Michael Weber is living at the Buffalo Motel #21 located at 1530 6th Ave SW, Jamestown.

Weber is 6 feet 1 inches tall, weighing 260 pounds, and has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Weber has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the ND risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.

Weber was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition of a child. Mr. Weber is on GPS monitoring.

Weber is not wanted at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
