Jamestown (CSi) Ryan Storbeck of Gackle, is accused of being under the influence while driving a combine, which resulted in the death of 57 year old Johannes Steenberg of South Africa on September 6.

Mr. Storbeck is facing a class C felony charge which carries up to a five year sentence.

Mr. Storbeck on March 7, at a change of plea hearing, pleaded to a Class A & B misdemeanors. Giving false reports to officials and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sentencing for Mr. Storbeck is set for April 5.
