Jamestown (CSi) Wednesday April 12 Dollar General broke ground. The parking lot across from the Legacy Living Center was a buzz with the clearing of snow and concrete.

Jamestown – Aug 24, 2022 -The Jamestown Board of Adjustment heard a request from Dollar General for a new Jamestown store.

Dollar General Corp. requested a reduction in parking spaces from 71 to 60 for the new store at 424 4th Avenue Northeast. The proposed property is now zoned general multiple dwelling district, but has been requested to change to a local commercial district.

Dollar General says based on their current timeline, they anticipate having a final decision by next summer.
