Jamestown – Ottertail Power reported an outage at 11:30am South of Jamestown alone Hwy 281. Linemen found an Insulator damaged. They replaced the equipment and had power restored at 2:45pm. The outage affected 50 customers.

Ottertail Power also reports the Millarton, Montpelier, Nortonville area had lose of power for only 30 minutes.
