Moorhead (KFGO/KVRR) — A two-vehicle crash on the I-94 Red River Bridge left a Breckenridge woman dead Sunday morning.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the crash happened around 11:30 a.m. in the eastbound lane. A car and SUV were involved.

Shalie Lipp, 21, died. She was the passenger in a car driven by 35-year-old Joseph Trottier, of West Fargo. Trottier was not hurt.

No one in the SUV suffered injuries.

Traffic on the interstate was backed up for well over an hour and vehicles were being re-routed after the crash.

The crash is under investigation.
