Jamestown, ND – Running of the Pink #16 is ON! We have been waiting a year and are excited to be able to host our 16th Annual 5K Walk/Run – 10K Run both LIVE and VIRTUALLY! That’s right – BOTH options are now available so that you can participate no matter where you are.

To-date, #RunningOfThePink has raised over $190,000 for local breast and cervical cancer needs and 100% of the ROP proceeds stay LOCAL! We foot the bill for all race costs so that your registration fees, sponsorships and donations can go where they are needed, to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center, No Excuses and Central Valley Health Women’s Way programs. These programs are dedicated to helping fight breast and cervical cancer through early detection.
Previously due to the pandemic we had to take ROP to a virtual only platform, which was a first in the event’s history. Now this is the third year we are able to pair our beloved live event with the convenience of also offering virtual options so we THANK YOU in advance for your patience and understanding as we once again navigate uncharted waters for our beloved ROP.
Please note that we continue to follow local health guidelines and ask that you do the same. While it’s not mandatory, the Jamestown Regional Medical Center and Central Valley Health encourage you to consider updating your COVID vaccinations prior to the live event. If you feel uncomfortable with gatherings outside of your family groups, feel free to utilize the virtual option and walk/run when it’s most convenient for you. During the live event, masks are highly recommended while waiting for the race to being and after the race is finished and we will be working closely with JRMC and Central Valley Health in organizing all social distancing precautions we can for the live event.
Keep tabs on our Facebook page for event updates. THANK YOU for your continued support!
