A 2004 Kenworth Truck, driven by Jamie Gohl, was traveling northbound on Highway 6 following a 1996 Chevrolet Suburban, driven by Bradley Hoines. Hoines started to turn left to go west on County Rd 137 after activating his turn signal. Gohl was following too close. He braked and swerved left into the southbound lane to avoid Hoines’ vehicle. Gohl struck the front driver side of Hoine’s trailer with the front of his suburban. Both units came to rest on County Rd 137. 2 juvenile passengers were transported to Sanford in Bismarck for minor injuries. Gohl was arrested for Driving under Suspension and Driving Under the Influence with minor present. He was taken into custody and taken to Burleigh Morton County Detention Center. Crash is still under investigation.
