NDHP NARRATIVE: Juan Osorno Castillo was eastbound on I-94 traveling to Chicago from Belgrade, MT. Osorno Castillo passed a CMV and returned to the right lane when the rear passenger side tire blew out. Osorno Castillo lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle left the roadway and entered the median where it rolled over. The vehicle came to rest in the median on its passenger side.
