(KFGO/KNFL) After scoring nine total runs in a four-game series versus Kane County last weekend, the F-M RedHawks started a ten-game roap trip with an 8-2 win over Sioux Falls on Tuesday night.
Olund singled home two runs in the fourth inning and later hit a two-run homer in the seventh. Scott Schreiber went 3-4 with a triple and an RBI, while Sam Dexter added two hits and an RBi.
Five different RedHawks had at least two hits. Colten Davis pitched four scoreless innings of relief, allowing one hit in his second appearance since joining the team last week.
Neil Lang (3-6) took the loss for Sioux Falls. Game two of the series is Wednesday evening in Sioux Falls. 6:35 first pitch.
