JPD – Watch for new stop signs by Lincoln Elementary. They were added at the intersection of 5th St NE and 4th Ave NE. It’s between Lincoln Elementary and the Legacy Center/Old Hospital. The additional stop signs are for east and west traffic on 5th St NE, making the intersection a four way stop. This is a busy road, especially when school is in session. Please become familiar with the new signs!
