KFGO/KNFL – Landen Bourassa held the F-M RedHawks over a season-high 7 2/3 innings as Winnipeg salvaged the final game of a four-game series with a 4-1 victory at Shaw Park on Monday night.
Scott Schreiber’s seventh home run as a RedHawk in the top of the 7th inning was the lone run of the evening for F-M. The Goldeyes scored three runs in the bottom of the first off F-M starter Correlle Prime, capped off by Jackson Smith’s two-run single.
Prime allowed four runs on three hits and three walks over five innings.
Samuel Adames earned the final four outs for his tenth save of the season.
Fargo-Moorhead (35-32) head to Sioux City to start a three-game series against the X’s beginning Tuesday night.
