Bismarck (KFGO) – North Dakota law enforcement agencies issued over 300 citations during the latest “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign.

Of the 309 citations issued, 40 people were arrested for DUI and 26 were either arrested or cited for minor in consumption, minor in possession, or open container. There were also 17 drug-related arrests. 

The campaign was held from Aug. 18 to Sept. 4.
