Orango City, Iowa—Top-ranked Northwestern College turned a 16-3 halftime lead into a 40-11 victory over the Jimmie football team Saturday afternoon in the final game of the regular season.

- Ryan Collins caught three passes for 72 yards and a touchdown while Micah Madyun hauled in four passes for 23 yards.
- Zachariah Hammett carried 10 times for 41 yards.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After Northwestern went three-and-out on their opening drive, Jamestown put together a seven-play drive covering 48 yards that resulted in a 27-yard field goal by Aanon Peterson. Grann completed a 12-yard pass to Madyun to get into Red Raider territory, and had a 26-yard pass to Collins that took the Jimmies down to the NWC 18. Carlos Julian‘s eight-yard rush moved the ball to the 10-yard line before Peterson’s field goal two plays later.
- The first quarter ended with Jamestown holding a 3-0 lead.
- NWC found the end zone twice in the second quarter, then added a field goal and two more touchdowns on its three third-quarter drives to build their lead to 33-3.
- With 1:32 left in the third quarter, the Jimmies began on their own 25-yard line, and Grann led UJ to the end zone following a 42-yard pass to Collins. Grann had completions of 12 yards to Isaiah Roebuck and seven yards to Gage Solano while Hammett gained 11 more on the ground as part of the drive.
- NWC added a final touchdown with 7:18 remaining, and the final score ended 40-11.
