He says, the sewer pipe work and lift station construction are on schedule to be completed in February, which the original completion date. some of the road resurfacing is behind schedule because of recent rains and may have to be done in the spring,and will be temporarily covered in gravel over the winter.
Work on lift station number nine , in the Jamestown Business Center parking lot, is still on schedule, construction on the above-ground structure will begin, scheduled to end in February.

News Oct 8, 2013) – Interstate Enginering reports, starting Wednesday (Oct 9, 2013) the intersection of 17th Street SE (County Road 39) and 19th Avenue SE is partially closed as part of the Jamestown sanitary sewer project. 17th Street SE (County Road 39) will be reduced to one lane of traffic during working hours. Flaggers are also present.
Motorists are still able to access to the City of Jamestown Baling Facility during this time.

3rd Avenue NW will close from 6th Street NW to 9th Street NW. The streets that intersect 3rd Avenue NW in this area will remain open during this time.

2nd Street SW – remains closed from 3rd Av SW to river. Use 1st Street bridge detour.
3rd Ave SW – remains closed from 2nd St SW to 1st St SW. Use 4th Av SW to enter & exit CSi parking lot at Historic Franklin School.
1st Street SE, near Jamestown Plumbing, is closed to traffic as part of the Jamestown sanitary sewer project. 1st Street SE is closed from a half block west of 7th Ave SE to 7th Ave SE. Work is expected to last until early next week. 7th Ave SE will remain open during this time. Jamestown Plumbing can be accessed via 6th Ave SE.
19th Ave SE is closed from the entrance to the Strata Concrete Yard south to 17th St SE. Businesses in the area can be accessed from the north via 10th Street SE. Work is expected to last for about two weeks.
10th St SE and 15th Ave SE, near the railroad tracks, crews will also be working in the area. At this time, no closures are anticipated for this area. However, drivers should use caution. Work is expected to last for about one week.
