JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – The Customer Service Award for January goes to Natasha Meza of Dairy Queen for their outstanding customer service. Presented by the members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Their nomination letter said:

“In a pinch when time got away from me, I reached out to Natasha Meza via social media requesting her to make a custom cake for my son’s birthday. Due to an allergy, we were unable to buy one that was premade. It was also on Father’s Day, one of the busiest times of the year for them. Knowing that I was behind on my deadline as it takes a while to set, she asked me when I really needed it by. She told me she would try to have it done the next day and would work on it right away in the morning. Not only was she able to make it happen, but she also had it ready for me to pick up 2 hours before she thought she would have it ready. Exceptional customer service. My poor planning was not her emergency, yet she didn’t skip a beat.”
