January 22 at 11:55am a Kubota was traveling eastbound on Hwy 1804 at slow speed. The Freightliner was traveling eastbound behind the Kubota and 2 other vehicles. The two vehicles passed the
Kubota in the left lane. The freightliner began to pass the Kubota in the left lane as well. The
Kubota began to turn left onto 147th Ave NW. The Kubota was struck by the Freightliner. Both
the Kubota and Freightliner came to rest in the north ditch. The driver of the Kubota was
transported by ambulance to CHI St. Alexius and sustained serious injuries in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation of the North Dakota Highway Patrol
