NDHP – On January 23 at 11:56pm a Jeep Liberty driven by Kelly Hanson, 23, Jamestown, Injured was traveling west on I-94 when it lost control and ran off the roadway to the north. The Jeep entered the north ditch and went into a roll. The Jeep came to final rest in the adjacent field. The driver was ejected while the passenger, Carson Roland, 19, from Jamestown, remained belted in the passenger seat. The driver sustained serious non-life-threatening injuries. The passenger, Carson Roland, sustained minor injuries. Both occupants were transported to Sanford Hospital in Fargo.

Both the Driver and passenger were charged. The Driver Kelly Hanson, 23, from Jamestown, was charged with DUI, possession of fentanyl, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension. Carson Roland the 19 yr old Jamestown Male was charged with Possession of drug paraphernalia.
