The Jimmies and the Tigers kept a close game in the first quarter, neither leading by more than three points.
Block by Kate Busek and last second two from Kia Tower helped put the Jimmies up one (15-14) to end the first. Tower had 10 points in the first quarter.
The Tigers outscored the Jimmies 8-2 in the first four minutes of the second quarter, putting the Jimmies down five.
Threes from Tower and Kate Cordes ended the scoring slump, and the Jimmies took the lead to end the half up 33-32.
Tower led scoring for the Jimmies in the first half with 17 points.
To start the third, Cordes and Tower hit back-to-back triples followed by two from Jailyn Martinson to have the Jimmies leading 41-32.
The Jimmies continued to outscore the Tigers, ending the third ahead 55-47.
The Tigers began the fourth determined to catch the Jimmies and outscored them in the first three minutes to trail 57-60 and forced a Jimmie timeout.
With two minutes of game time left, the Jimmies led 69-65. Megan Oswald grabbed two offensive rebounds in a row to keep the ball in Jimmie territory.
The Jimmies scored four more points, and the Tigers last two points came from free throws.
The Jimmies came out on top for their last home game of the season, 73-67.
