JPD – The Jamestown Police Department wants to notify Jamestown residents regarding a new high risk sex offender who is residing within the city of Jamestown.

28 years of age, Kyle Ray Greenough, is homeless. Greenough has no vehicle at this time.                   

Greenough is white, 5 feet 06 inches tall, weighing 209 pounds, and has blue eyes and bald head.

Mr. Greenough has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.

Offense: Gross Sexual Imposition – Greenough was 19 years old when he engaged in a sexual act with a 14-year-old female.

Conviction Date: 07/17/2015 in Dunn County District Court.

Disposition: 7 years; 7 years suspended; 42 days credit; 3 years supervised probation.

Offense: Gross Sexual Imposition – when Greenough was a juvenile, he had sexual intercourse with several juvenile females

Conviction Date: 11/28/2012 in Dunn County Juvenile Court.

Disposition: 1.5 years

Greenough is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this
information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or
threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
