Jamestown – Join the folks at the 1883 Club on June 4 for the James River Senior Center & Public Transit “Meat and Summer Fun Raffle, from 6pm to 8pm, during bingo.

The proceeds for this raffle would be raised to help pay for the new transit vehicles coming this year. During the 2023 fiscal year, JRSC provide over 40,000 rides for employment, medical, after school programs, shopping, dining for the the Jamestown and surrounding areas. This project would help us provide better service to our clients while keeping our costs down; thereby allowing JRSC to keep our rates low for everyone in the community.

Let’s have some fun! Would you consider donation to this cause? Summer Fun items could be a summer gift basket, summer games, wine baskets, gift cards, grill items, water toys or anything to do with summer fun that JRSC could raffle. In return, JRSC will promote your business by posting your buiness at the Meat and Summer Fun Raffle, on our Facebook page also, and in our monthly newsletter, along with any other promotions JRSC end up implementing.
