Dakota Plains Coop, Approves CHS Merger

Valley City, ND  (KCSi-T.V. News Sept 27, 2013)  —   Dakota Plains Cooperative stockholders have  approve a merger with Cenex Harvest States Inc.

The merger with CHS will go into effect on January first 2014.

General Manager Ken Astrup  says employees will be retained under the merger.  He adds,  Dakota Plains Cooperative will operate as a division of CHS.
