A 2010 Harley Davidson motorcycle was northbound on 115th Ave NW
(Williams County Road 17). The motorcycle was approaching a left curve in the roadway near
115th Ave NW and 66th Street NW. The motorcycle failed to negotiate the curve, entered the
east ditch, and rolled. The driver, Richard Schroeder 76, was ejected from the motorcycle. The driver sustained serious
injuries was transported to Tioga Medial Center by Ray Ambulance. The driver passed away at
the Tioga Medical Center. Release of the name is pending notification of next of kin. The crash
remains under investigation by the NDHP.
