JSDC to Vacate 2 Acres at JMS Aviation Park The JSDC Board has approved vacating up to two acres at JMS Aviation Park for a baseball facility project led by Matt Perkins. The cost is set at 70 cents per square foot, totaling $60,984, to be paid over three years. Perkins, through his company MHC Properties LLC, will lease the land from the Jamestown Regional Airport Authority (JRAA) and construct a building for the baseball program, featuring batting cages and classroom spaces. The facility may also be rented for other sports. The repayment terms are set at 0% interest over three years.
