The Customer Service Award to Sue Mueller with Walmart for their outstanding customer service presented by the members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Their nomination letter said:

“Sue has always been an amazing person and employee. She was my daughter’s daycare provider so anytime we come into Walmart, we must go see if Sue is working. I came into Walmart on a Saturday and we started catching up. I started to not feel well, became lightheaded, confused, and felt like I was going to pass out. Sue recognized it and had me sit down. She proceeded to run to the front of the store to grab me something to drink, then took me into the back room where she sat with me for over 30 minutes until I was able to get myself back together. I have always appreciated her kindhearted nature and there is a reason why she continues to be such a glowing light in the kids’ lives that she takes care of and the people she helps at Walmart.”
