Shirley Ann Risser, 85, Sanborn, ND passed away December 7, 2024, at her home under hospice care surrounded by her family.  There will be visitation at the Lerud Mathias Funeral Home Chapel in Valley City, ND, Monday, December 16 from 5:00-7:00 PM.  A prayer service will begin there at 7:00.  The funeral service will be in Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Valley City, Tuesday, December 17 at 11:00 AM.  Following a time of fellowship at the church, she will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery, Sanborn.  The service will be live streamed, then archived, on a link provided along with her obituary on her tribute page at www.lerudmathias.com.  An online guestbook is available there as well.
