(KXNET) – A new behavioral health treatment facility called Bridges to Recovery is now open in Jamestown, aiming to provide a safe space for people needing time to recover.
North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) announced the opening of the facility, which is operated by South Central Human Service Center and has up to 15 beds. Bridges to Recovery is a high-intensity residential program designed to provide a 24-hour therapeutic environment. It offers around-the-clock care, therapy, and other behavioral health services to foster long-term success.
The Bridges team will offer individual and group therapy tailored to people’s needs, and will provide a connection to on-going recovery support.
“We recognize the need for quality residential treatment options in our community and across the state,” said Ashley Zabka, clinical director of South Central, in a press release. “This facility will help bridge the gap for individuals seeking structured support on their recovery journey.Air ambulance services to return to Williston in May
“This expansion aligns with our mission to strengthen the behavioral health continuum statewide,” said Shauna Eberhardt, HHS clinical policy director, in a press release. “By providing programs such as this, we are improving outcomes for individuals in need while also supporting local communities.”
