On March 18, 2025 at 4:00 PM CT, an Acura was westbound in the left lane of I94 at mile marker 334 and entered the median where it over-corrected. It then re-entered the roadway and rolled across both westbound lanes before entering the north ditch and coming to final rest. The 62 year old female driver of West Fargo was transported to Sanford Hospital in Fargo by Casselton Ambulance with suspected serious injury.

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
