UJ – University of Jamestown women’s wrestling head coach Amy Golding has resigned from her position, UJ Director of Athletics Austin Hieb announced on Wednesday.

Golding led the Jimmies for the past three seasons, claiming two top-four finishes at the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships, including a third-place finish in 2025. During her time at UJ, ten wrestlers qualified for the NAIA National Championships, five won individual conference championships, and 21 were named all-conference.

“We’d like to thank Amy for the past three years she gave the University of Jamestown athletic department,” Hieb said. “We wish her well in her future endeavors.”

A national search for a new head coach is underway.
