Erna Duvall, Jamestown, North Dakota, died and went to be with her Lord on April 16, 2025, at Ave Maria Village in Jamestown.

She was born January 7, 1930 at Streeter, North Dakota, the daughter of Jacob F. and Martha Dockter. She grew up on the farm near Streeter, North Dakota and received her elementary education in rural Newbury Township. She worked at a grocery store in Streeter for ten years. In 1964 she moved to Sacramento, CA for 36 years. She married Ralph G. Duvall December 31, 1966 in Reno, NV and worked for 14 years in daycare. In April of 2000 she returned to North Dakota, living in Jamestown. Erna became a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church and the Eagles auxiliary.

Erna is survived by many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters; and six brothers.

Funeral Service – 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Jamestown, with Pastor Erik Weber officiating.

Visitation – One hour before the service at the church.

Burial – St. Luke’s Lutheran Cemetery, Streeter, ND.
