Nathan Kollman, 45, of Jamestown, ND, passed away Monday, May 5, 2025 at Sanford on 23rd, Fargo, ND, of an unexpected brain aneurism.
Nathan Dell Kollman was born July 14, 1979, in Carrington, ND, the son of Lloyd, Sr. and Gail (Neva) Kollman. He worked at Perkins Restaurant, Jamestown while attending high school in Kensal, graduating in 1997. Nathan attended Valley City State University and began working for Lucas Aerospace, now Collins Aerospace, as a process tech and currently was a quality inspector. Nathan enjoyed hunting and fishing. A highlight was harvesting a once in a lifetime North Dakota elk near Walhalla in 1999. He also enjoyed visiting the casino and horse track. Nathan especially loved enjoying time with his long-time girlfriend, June Sapida.
Nathan is survived by his mother, Gail Kollman, Kensal; brothers, Lloyd Kollman, Jr., Kensal and Prentice Kollman, Jamestown; girlfriend, June Sapida, Wahpeton, ND; special cousin, Ana (Matt) Neir and their two daughters, Veronica and Alessandra Neir; nieces, Morgan Kollman and Shaylee (Austin) Mastrud and their two children, Tenley an Teegan, Fargo; uncles, Wallace (Eileen) Darkow, Sawyer, ND and Loren (Deb) Kollman, AZ; aunts, Bonnie (Craig) Hoggarth, Kensal, Cheryl (Paul) Bauer, Williston, ND, Darla Becker, Fargo, Pam (Frank) Baumgartner, AZ, Beth Neva, Kensal, and Cindy (Mike) Mitchell, Eagan, MN.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Kollman, Sr.; grandparents, LaDell Kollman & Gloria (Kollman) Peterson and Louis & Patricia Neva; aunts & uncles, Andrew & Paulette Nykolayow; infant, Paul Kollman.
Prayer Service – 7:00 p.m., Friday, May 9, 2025 at Eddy Funeral Home, with Pastor Jeanne Sortland officiating.
Burial – 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Kensal Cemetery, Kensal.
Celebration of Life – 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Shady’s Banquet Room, 111 2nd Street NE, Jamestown, ND.
