Marsha Krapp was presented the May Customer Service Award for their outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations. Nominations for the award are received by the public.

Their nomination letter said:

“Over 20 years, Marsha has provided excellent customer service to me putting together our newsletter. She helped polish the final product before printing, and that has been such a huge help to make it look its best. Every month she went above and beyond by checking and double checking the print jobs I requested of her, tweaking as needed. She quickly handled the requests to create personalized thank-you notes and announcements for the newsletter. She is very prompt, providing a copy of a proof for review before printing.”
