Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Oct 9, 2013) — Due to the partial shutdown of the federal government, the staff of the Stutsman County Soil Conservation District in Jamestown, has re-located to the basement of the Health to Go & H20 location,
at 1015 5th Avenue, Northeast.
The Stutsman County Soil Conservation District is responsible for administering tree planting and other programs to prevent soil erosion in the county. The regular office space is shared with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency, and is leased by the federal government, closed on October 1st by the partial government shutdown.
