Jamestown (Chamber) – SMP Health – Ave Maria held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of a major construction and renovation project aimed at expanding private room capacity and enhancing resident care.

SMP Health – Ave Maria, located at 701 14th Ave NE in Jamestown, has been a vital part of the community since 1962, offering 24/7 skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitation services, and assisted living. The new addition, which is part of the facility’s $8 million Forward in Faith campaign, will create more private rooms and convert many existing semi-private rooms to private, offering greater comfort and dignity to residents.

With a 14-month timeline, the expansion will help ensure more person-centered care in a homelike environment.
