NDHP – On June 9, 2025, at 11:40 PM, a single-vehicle rollover crash occurred on Highway 1806 at mile marker 40.5 in Morton County. A 2003 Ford Ranger driven by a 60 year old male was traveling northbound on Highway 1806 when the driver failed to negotiate a curve. The Ford Ranger entered the ditch and rolled onto its roof. The driver sustained serious, life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck by Sanford AirMed.
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
