Jamestown (UJ) – University of Jamestown men’s basketball head coach Casey Bruggeman announced the team’s 2025–26 schedule, as the Jimmies officially join the NCAA Division II ranks and the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. 

The Jimmies tip off the season with an exhibition game at North Dakota on October 18, then travel to Bethel, Okla., November 14-15 to face Southern Nazarene and Northwest Oklahoma State in the GAC/NSIC Challenge. The home opener is a non-conference matchup on November 18 against Bismarck State College, then the Jimmies’ NSIC opener is on December 6 against University of Mary.

Conference play continues with home games against Bemidji State (December 11) and Minnesota-Duluth (December 13). After a pair of road games the following weekend, Jamestown begins 2026 at home against Northern State on January 3. UJ will also welcome Concordia-St. Paul (January 16), Winona State (January 17), Southwest Minnesota State (January 30), Sioux Falls (January 31), MSU-Moorhead (February 5), Minnesota-Crookston (February 7), and Minot State (February 19).
