NDHP – On Saturday, August 29, 2025, at approximately 5:45 p.m., a 2021 Chevrolet Express
Van driven by a 54-year-old female of Mayville, ND was traveling eastbound in the left lane of I-94 and preparing to pass a 2017 Ford F150 driven by a 95-year-old male of Linton, ND traveling in the right lane. The driver of the Ford F150 attempted to make a turn-around on the interstate using a crossover in the median. The Ford entered the path of the van and was struck on the driver’s side. Both drivers were transported to CHI St. Alexius in Bismarck for treatment of their injuries. Six additional passengers were inside the van, members of the Mayville State University Golf Team. One passenger was also transported to CHI St. Alexius for injuries sustained in the crash. Eastbound I-94 traffic was reduced to one lane for approximately one hour while the crash was investigated and cleared. The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
