Jamestown (Chamber) – The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to highlight a series of events this fall designed to give professionals at every stage of their career the tools, skills, and connections they need to succeed. From HR insights to marketing strategies, the Chamber continues its mission to support local businesses and their teams through practical, hands-on professional development.

On October 13, 2025, the Chamber will host HR Unplugged with Amie Aesoph, Chief HR Officer at First Community Credit Union. This half-day interactive session goes beyond the paperwork to reveal how HR really shapes careers and workplaces. Participants will learn how to strengthen their personal brand, understand company culture, perform at their best, and exit a job without burning bridges. Registration is $50 for Chamber members and $75 for non-members.

On November 4, 2025, the Chamber presents Marketing Muscle – Flex Your Brand. Build Your Reach. Led by Erin Mayer of Forum Communications, Warren Abrahamson of the Chamber, and Lexi Myers of the University of Jamestown, this workshop will cover everything from social media strategy and trendspotting to SEO, Google Ads, and audience engagement. Attendees will leave with a practical toolkit to grow their brand and expand their reach. Cost to attend is $50 for members and $75 for non-members.

Looking ahead, the Chamber, in partnership with representatives of Barnes County, is also preparing to launch the Stutsman-Barnes Women’s Leadership Cohort in 2026. This five-session program will focus on networking, mentorship, personal and professional development, and regional leadership. Applications will be available soon.

Keep an eye out for the Leadership Academy in the Spring of 2026.
