Valley City (Chamber) – Valley City’s annual Halloween on Central event will bring downtown to life with costumes, candy, and community fun on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 3 to 5 p.m.

Families are invited to stroll along Central Avenue, where participating businesses will be handing out treats and welcoming trick-or-treaters of all ages. The event offers a safe and festive way for children to celebrate Halloween while showcasing the friendly spirit of Valley City’s downtown area.
