On Friday, October 31 at approximately 12:53 PM, a 2020 Nissan Titan driven by a 47-year-old male of Harvey, ND was traveling eastbound on 29th Street NE. A 2025 Case Combine driven by a 23-year-old male of Harvey, ND was traveling southbound on 39th Avenue NE. The intersection of 29th Street and 39th Avenue is an uncontrolled intersection. Neither vehicle yielded and a t-bone collision occurred. The driver of the Nissan died at the scene; the driver of the combine was not injured. The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
