Marshall MN (University of Jamestown) – The University of Jamestown (UJ) women’s swimming and diving team competed in a triangular meet against Southwest Minnesota State (SMSU) and Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) at the Don Palm Natatorium on November 11, 2025. The Jimmies were competitive throughout, securing three individual top-three finishes and two third-place finishes in relays, but fell in all three dual meet matchups.

TOP PERFORMERS AND EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
The Jimmies secured three individual top-three finishes and performed well across freestyle, breaststroke, and backstroke events.
• Emily Petersen: Achieved the team’s best individual finish, placing 2nd in the 50 Yard Breaststroke with a time 31.53. She also placed 5th in the 200 Yard Breaststroke (2:47.56).
• Kailee Cline: Placed 2nd in the 200 Yard Butterfly with a time of 2:09.21 and finished 4th in the 200 Yard Freestyle (2:06.18).
• Dagbjorg Hlif Olafsdottir: Placed 3rd in the 50 Yard Backstroke 29.28 and finished 3rd in the 50 Yard Butterfly 27.56.
• Kylie Price: Was highly competitive in the sprints, finishing 4th in the 50 Yard Freestyle 25.65 and 4th in the 100 Yard Freestyle 57.31.
• Anna Carrick: Was the Jimmies’ top diver of the day, placing 5th in the 1 mtr Diving event with a final score of 195.30.
ADDITIONAL JIMMIE FINISHERS
The depth of the Jimmies squad contributed significant points across several events:
• Lindsey Goodrich: Secured 5th place in the 200 Yard Freestyle (2:06.79) and 5th place in the 500 Yard Freestyle (5:50.67).
• Lacie Robideau: Finished 5th in the 50 Yard Backstroke 30.08 and 6th in the 200 Yard Backstroke (2:23.50).
• Nia Hanson: Finished 6th in the 1000 Yard Freestyle (12:41.72) and placed 7th in the 400 Yard IM (5:28.29).
• Bostyn Edwards: Earned 6th place in the 200 Yard Breaststroke (2:47.79) and 8th place in the 100 Yard Freestyle 58.73.
RELAY HIGHLIGHTS
The Jimmies secured top-three finishes in two of the most competitive relay events, emphasizing their collective speed:
• 400 Yard Medley Relay (Event 1): The ‘A’ team (Dagbjorg Hlif Olafsdottir, Emily Petersen, Kailee Cline, Kylie Price) took 3rd place with a time of 4:16.68.
• 400 Yard Freestyle Relay (Event 16): The ‘A’ team (Kylie Price, Bostyn Edwards, Lindsey Goodrich, Dagbjorg Hlif Olafsdottir) secured 3rd place with a time of 3:51.52.
